In between your own rounds of golf, winning some big bucks on some holes or losing some small amounts on the less difficult ones 😀 you might want to know that as of now, the PGA Tour Money List leaders are:
- Tiger Woods $4,139,600
- Brandt Snedeker $3,150,564
- Billy Horschel $2,567,891
- Matt Kuchar $2,469,773
- Adam Scott $2,100,469
The Top 5 are then followed by Steve Stricker, Grame McDowell, D.A. Points, Phil Mickelson, and Dustin Johnson, at Nos. 6 to 10.
Further down on the PGA Tour Money List at Nos. 11 to 20 are: Jason Day, Kevin Streelman, Webb Simpson, Hunter Mahan, Russell Henley, Keegan Bradley, Charles Howell III, John Merrick, Bill Haas, and Justin Rose (Rose has collected $1,313,890).
Adam Scott moves up on the strength of his Masters win three weeks ago (his first major) with a paycheck of $1,440,00; Billy Horschel is pushed into the list by his first ever PGA Tour win last Sunday at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with $1,118,000.
Jason Day, Steve Stricker, Hunter Mahan, Webb Simpson, Keegan Bradley, Charles Howell, Hass and Rose are without an outright victory but strong positions in Top 10s ensure they make the list.
By the way, Tiger Woods is still the only player with multiple wins this season. Three wins, to be exact: Farmers Insurance Open ($1,098,00), WGC-Cadillac Championship ($1,500,000), and Arnold Palmer Invitational ($1,116,000).
You and I might not be on the PGA Tour Money List, or any other tour list, or any list at all, but so what? Just enjoy your golf!! 😀 😀
- Fans of Sergio Garcia and Rickie Fowler might note that their players are now at No. 29 ($1,021,993) and No. 30 ($1,003,678) respectively.
- Rory McIlroy hasn’t been playing as well as he wants to. Now at No. 33 ($953,544).
- Bubba Watson has earned $889,080 so far. This puts him at No. 35.
